My itchy feet

Hey guys!

Today I am sharing with you the insights from my monsoon trip to Mumbai and Goa. Being a water person, braving the season's showers, I landed up on the cobbled streets of Mumbai, simply happy to be there without any reason. The warmth of the city gets me smiling exuding that same sigh of Old Bombay.

As a traveller, keeping the look minimal, I settled for a nice plaid knee length dress and a relaxed t-shirt tucked into skimpy lil' shorts along with the comfortable pair of flip flops for a two day long vacation. The right shoe choice made me jump over puddles without any hesitation, which is again very necessary to keep in mind as a wanderer.

Moving further combing through the narrow alleyways, I stumbled upon secret cafés, haggled with friendly hawkers at bazaars and striked a deal for quirky things, which were not really needed...!

For me this trip was all about feeling the change, getting a whiff of salty sea air and experiencing the unique city vibes. Dotting over traditional street food..that delicious vada-pao and pau bhaji left a lingering taste on my tongue from a time gone by.

There is so much to do in here, waiting in long queues to hit the club..is a crazy thing one can do at 2 am. From Bandra to Colaba, the city never sleeps raining in traffic all day long.
Alas! The lazy adventures, new discoveries and hell lot of food, made a best thing happen over weekend for me.

And so for the mean interest, quick getaway is a must to the retrospective glamour city of India.
