Hey guys! Today I am sharing with you the insights from my monsoon trip to Mumbai and Goa. Being a water person, braving the season's showers, I landed up on the cobbled streets of Mumbai, simply happy to be there without any reason. The warmth of the city gets me smiling exuding that same sigh of Old Bombay. As a traveller, keeping the look minimal, I settled for a nice plaid knee length dress and a relaxed t-shirt tucked into skimpy lil' shorts along with the comfortable pair of flip flops for a two day long vacation. Hey Guys Do you know what? I ended up making a beautiful cake. Please note not only delirious but beautiful. Well, the occasion was my in laws anniversary, waking up the dormant baker inside me. To everyone's surprise it turned out to be an amazing and fabulous gateau. Now, I am not able to hold the level of excitement and eagerness in sharing the recipe inside me. First and foremost, it was a quintessential dark chocolate cake, apt for every occasion.
